Coronavirus Pandemic 2020: We Will All Get Through This Together
Change is always one of the biggest challenges that we face in life, and no one anticipated how drastic of a change we would see this year. The Coronavirus Pandemic has caused businesses to close down, people to lose their jobs, and life as we know it to come to a halt. The most tragic effect of the outbreak is undoubtedly the lives of loved ones that have been taken by COVID-19. Everyone has been affected by the virus in some way or another, and we didn't know how the students of Divine Academy would handle such a sudden transition to virtual learning.
We knew that the shift from taking classes at school to learning from home would be a challenge for our students and teachers, but we didn't expect the results that we saw. The students made us so proud with the maturity, discipline, and dedication that they showed by adjusting to online learning. The students weren't the only ones who were outstanding. What really filled our hearts with joy was the love and support that we received from all of the parents. When we all come together to get through times like these, we prove that we're more than just a school. We're a family 💙.
Getting to see the students for online classes and having meetings with the staff makes us all feel a little less distant from each other 💙.
The students of Divine Academy may be confined to their homes right now, but the learning never stops!
In gratitude for all those in the forefront at Joe DiMaggio Children's Hospital, the Divine Academy Family sent some gifts to say "thank you."
We're very proud to see our students continue to work on their life skills, which will lead them to success and an independent lifestyle 💙.
The students have been showing their creative sides in virtual art class 💙.
Even though the students have to stay at home, they still stay active with plenty of exercise during virtual PE class.
Letters From the Founders
During these difficult times, we've all had to do our best to adjust and keep moving forward. The founders of Divine Academy are so proud of the way that this situation has been handled. So they wanted to send out a personal "thank you" messages to everyone.

Letters From the Parents
Some of the Divine Academy parents wanted to commend the teachers for the great job that they've been doing.
Letters From the Students
A few of our students wrote letters, sharing their thoughts on virtual learning and the lifestyle changes that we are all currently facing. We miss all of you so much!
We greatly miss everyone who's a part of the Divine Academy Family. We can't wait until we're all together again. Stay safe and stay healthy! We'll all get through this, and it will be better than ever when it's all over 💙.
